What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 10 inserts per exact model or SKU.
Can I order samples?
You can request a sample of an exact item. Send the full model or a clear photo and your delivery country; we will confirm availability and conditions for that item.
Do you supply multiple brands?
Yes. Available brands are listed under each parent model. If the brand you need is not listed, include it in your enquiry so we can check.
Can I send an Excel or PDF product list?
Yes. Use our bulk-enquiry page to send a list. Include complete models and quantities wherever possible.
How does the RFQ process work?
Add exact SKUs or a parent-model selection request to the RFQ Basket, then submit your contact details and requirements. We review the items and confirm the product, price and delivery before ordering.

How do I choose the right insert?
Start with the ISO model, workpiece material and application. Compare the matching brands, then filter exact SKUs by the brand-specific grade and chipbreaker. If you are unsure, use Help Me Choose.
What information should I send for an RFQ?
Send the exact model or a clear photo, brand if required, quantity, workpiece material, machining operation and delivery country. Drawings or an Excel/PDF list can help for multi-item requests.
Which countries do you ship to?
